Caltrans, in cooperation with the City of Santa Rosa and SCTA, is proposing to modify and reconstruct the US 101/Hearn Avenue interchange. The project would replace the existing Hearn Avenue overcrossing bridge with a new bridge to accommodate four traffic lanes with bike lanes and sidewalks on both sides of the roadway.
